On six hectares of rich red soil, we cultivate 1,600 olive trees, carefully selected from native varieties: Buža, Istarska Bjelica, Rožinjola, and Pendolino. Our olive grove is not just a field — it is a symphony of nature, tradition, and a passion for excellence.

By harvesting early, we achieve a harmonious balance of bitterness, spiciness, and fruity notes in our oil, while preserving its full range of health benefits.
