RETURN AND COMPLAINTS TREE DROPS d.o.o. operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Croatia, which ensures basic consumer rights when purchasing products and services.Upon receiving the goods, please immediately check the accuracy of your order. Compare the received items with the invoice, and in case of any deficiencies, notify the delivery person immediately, as later complaints will not be accepted. 1. UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE SALES CONTRACT The buyer has the right to terminate the sales contract within 15 days from the day of receiving the goods, without stating a reason. However, the right to terminate does not apply to sealed products that, for health or hygiene reasons, are unsuitable for return if unsealed after delivery.The condition for unilateral termination is that the goods must be unused and in their original sealed packaging.To exercise the right to terminate the contract, the buyer must send a written notice to the seller using the unilateral termination form or any clear statement indicating the intention to terminate. The termination form can be downloaded from our website and sent, together with the original invoice, to the email address info@saintsdrop.hr. The notice must be sent before the expiration of the termination period.In case of contract termination, both parties are obliged to return what they received under the contract. The buyer must return the goods without delay and no later than 15 days from notifying the seller of the termination.The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods and is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods, including damage, unpacked goods, lost documentation, and parts, except for what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods. 2. RETURN COSTS Return of unopened, unused goods: The buyer may return goods that have not been opened, not used, and are in their original packaging. If the product has been unsealed, the seller is not obliged to refund the payment. Return of used goods: If the product has been used, the seller is not obligated to refund the money. Damaged goods: Products damaged after receipt, or lacking the necessary documentation and warranty, will not be accepted for return and no refund will be issued. Refusal to accept goods: If the buyer orders goods but refuses to accept them, the seller has the right to charge postage and handling fees. Refund: Refunds will be made only after the seller receives the returned products, within 14 days. 3. COMPLAINTS ABOUT DEFECTIVE GOODS The buyer has the right to return or exchange goods in the following cases: Delivery of goods not ordered. Delivery of goods past their expiration date. Delivery of goods with defects or damages. All received complaints will be responded to as soon as possible, but no later than 15 days from receipt of the complaint.A complaint will be considered valid if, after inspecting the product and possible expert assessment, and in accordance with the Law on Obligations and the Consumer Protection Act, it is determined that the product meets the conditions for complaint.If the complaint is accepted, the product will be replaced with a defect-free one or the buyer will receive a refund for the product.If the complaint is rejected, the buyer will bear the cost of returning the purchased product to their address. 4.
